Stoke Gigs joins Movember Campaign

In case you didn’t already know, this month is dedicated to facial hair, all in the name of changing the face of men’s health and raising money for some very important charities!

The Mo, slang for moustache, and November come together each year for Movember, which challenges men to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache.

Stoke Gigs has decided to join the cause and aim to raise as much money as possible. If you want to join the Stoke Gigs Mo-Team and help us raise money, or just donate, click here or the Movember logo.

We’ve taken part in the Guardian Student Media Awards 2 years running, been involved in local music competitions as well as the UKs biggest music festival, Oxjam, and even hosted our own club nights.

We have forged strong links with local venues and artists, but it’s simply not enough! We’re now looking to expand even further, but we need your help!

If you’d be interested then email stokegigs@hotmail.com ASAP with a link to your Myspace or a couple of your songs.
