In just over a decade since he began performing, Reginald D Hunter has become one of the UK Comedy industry’s best-known and most distinctive performers. His work is often brutally honest, frequently controversial but always meticulously measured and thought out.
His latest tour Sometimes Even The Devil Tells The Truth, supported by special guest, Steve Hughes, comes to The Victoria Hall, Stoke on Wednesday 26th October.

Since its conception in early 2010, Stoke Gigs has come a long way. We can proudly boast that we are now one of the biggest local music sites in Stoke! We’ve taken part in the Guardian Student Media Awards 2 years running, been involved in local music competitions as well as the UKs biggest music festival, Oxjam, and even hosted our own club nights.
We have forged strong links with local venues and artists, but it’s simply not enough! We’re now looking to expand even further, but we need your help!

The London riots have caused the destruction of a warehouse in North London housing many of the UK’s independent labels and artists. All the stock has been destroyed in the fire. This will lead to much hardship for the artists and labels affected.
AIM member labels should contact firstname.lastname@example.org with their immediate concerns. AIM is doing what it can to support all those affected at this difficult time.

We hear that reports of the riots, which started during the weekend in Tottenham, are now spreading to Manchester and Wolverhampton as well as Liverpool, Nottingham, Leeds, Bristol and London.
We understand that this is a stressful time, and urge you to contact any venues you are due to be traveling to during this time, to make sure that any events are still going on as planned.
Whilst we can neither confirm nor expand on these reports, we hope that you are staying home and staying safe during this period of unrest.
